We at Allhiphopshop try to process and ship all order within 24 hours of being submitted.
If an item is out of stock there are three options:
-Wait on the item to be re-stocked and send the whole order.
-Choose another item of the same price.
-Sent the order out regardless, and get a refund, or get the out-of-stock item sent to you as soon as it gets back in stock.
All orders are sent out through the Dutch Postal Service: TNT Post.
The amount you pay for shipping is defined by the total weight of the items you ordered + about € 0.50 handling fee.

2-3 Business days (Within the Netherlands)
5-7 Business days (Within Europe, using Standard Shipping)
3-4 Business days (Within Europe, using Priority Shipping)
International shipping: delivery times varie.
If for whatever reason your order needs extra shipping charges or delivery time you will be sent an email regarding this matter.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
At Allhiphopshop, customer service is preeminent, and we want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with every order. However, because of the ease in which media is duplicated, we cannot allow refunds on sales of any CDs, DVDs or any other merchandise distributed on the site.
If you receive a defective item, send us an email at info@allhiphopshop.com to notify us that you will be sending the item back. Please note your order # (can be found on your invoice/confirmation email) in the e-mail along with your name, address, defective CD, and what in particular was misplaying on the particular CD.
